Masuda Law, LLC does not sell any personal data of website visitors, clients, prospective clients, opposing or related parties, advisers, acquaintances, foes, detractors, or anyone else, and never will. No part of the revenue of Masuda Law, LLC consists of proceeds from the sale of personal information.

Legitimate Purposes. Masuda Law, LLC develops and maintain personal information for purposes related to its business providing legal services, and maintains such records in accordance with professional rules and standards. 

Marketing List. Masuda Law, LLC maintains personal contact information of selected persons for the purpose of sending occasional marketing emails (“Mailing List”). Any person wishing to be added to or deleted from the Mailing List may articulate those wishes in an email to marketing@masudalawllc.com. Please put “Mailing List” in the subject line.

Analytics. The company’s website host (currently Squarespace) provides Masuda Law, LLC with broad, generic analytics such as traffic data, but no personal information.

Compliance. Nothing in this Data Privacy Policy of Masuda Law, LLC is intended to interfere with or restrict compliance with applicable data privacy laws. If Masuda Law, LLC is subject to particular data privacy law, it is our intention to comply.
